Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced in Jalisco, Mexico (Amatitn region) by the house of Cazcanes, this tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the valley (Los Valles) region. The agave pias are cooked in a low-pressure autoclave over 24 hours, then extracted using a four-pass roller mill. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast and water trucked in from volcanic Navichi Springs. The distillate is double-distilled in stainless steel with copper coils, then aerated and rested 1-3 months before bottling. It is additive-free, certified organic and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).
