Cappelletti Aperitivo is a ruby-red Italian liqueur made with white wine, herbs, and botanicals. It’s produced by the Cappelletti family in Trentino, Italy, and is one of the oldest aperitivo brands still in production.
Made from mostly Trebbiano, the nose is round and very full, captivating with just a hint of bitterness and herbs. The texture on the palate is generous, providing a slight bitterness from notes of citrus peel. A wonderful mixer for cocktails.
