Caperitif Vermouth

Handcrafted by infusing Chenin Blanc with the flavours and aromas of 35 natural botanicals, Caperitif is a vermouth crafted from an unusual variety of native South African flora. The drink went missing for approximately a century until an inquisitive Danish mixologist raised the subject of this mysterious ‘ghost ingredient’ with winemaker Adi Badenhorst and a modern version was released.
