This deliciously refreshing red blend comes to us from Galicia, a coastal region whose cool, maritime climate makes it perfect for producing aromatic, mineral-driven wines with plenty of acidity. The Campo Hermoso utilizes the indigenous Mencia grape – a lighter bodied varietal that offers bright, fresh red fruit aromas and flavors. A hint of purple flowers on the nose from a splash of the aromatic Garnacha Tintorera grape adds levity. This is a juicy crowd-pleaser that will make any Pinot Noir or Gamay lover happy, with a spicy finish unique to this slatey Spanish terroir.
