The harvest was a successful one despite a challenging start. Mid-January temperatures were low and fell again in February into March. The summer temperatures were 6% below the historical average in Mendoza. Due to the colder weather, the ripening process was slowed causing the grapes to have a lower concentration with higher acidity. Even with the colder temperatures, the harvest was surprisingly a healthy one. Winemakers note that they’ve seen a good expression of fruit, balance, tangy acidity, mild alcohol and complex textures.
A pale salmon pink color, with floral and herbal aromas. It is well-balanced with a refreshing acidity, a delicate texture and a pleasant finish.
