Look for aromas and flavors of red berries and blackcurrant with underlying minerality and floral notes. Pairs well with a light mushroom dish, poultry, pork and Comte’ or Gruyere cheese!
The Winery
The wine making story of the Ambroise family dates back to the 18th century. Fast forward to nearly 300 years later and the family settled in the Burgundy region, in a small village in Nuits-Saint-Georges called Premeaux-Prissey. From their 40 acres of vineyards their unrelenting passion produces great Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of impressive value.
