Alasia Brachetto dAcqui is crafted with meticulous care, starting with hand-harvested grapes in late August. After crushing, the grapes undergo a brief maceration with their skins in stainless steel tanks, imparting vibrant flavors. Following pressing in a modern pneumatic press, the must ferments in pressurized tanks, where fermentation is stopped to retain a charming 5.5% ABV and approximately 100g/l residual sugar. This results in a delicately aromatic wine, redolent of freshly
crushed raspberries
and
rose petals
. On the palate, it presents a light sparkle, showcasing the essence of fresh
red berry fruit
. Its
sweetness
finds perfect harmony with a tang of acidity, culminating in a juicy, refreshing finish.
