Founded in 1958 thanks to the initiative of 25 wine growers. Located in the middle of the delimited “Vinho Verdes” region in the sub-region of Mono e Melgao (border town to Galicia). The name Vinho Verde Alvarinho was recognized and exclusively given to this region.
Appearance : Bright. Color : Citrus. Aroma : Fruity character with predominance of prune fruits (peach and apricot) due to high percentage present of the “Alvarinho” grape variety. Taste : Well-balanced, steady, smooth and dry flavour.
