100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vina Echeverria is is a family owned label since 1990’s. They created No Es Pituko, which in Chilean slang translates to “It’s not fancy” for their line of low intervention, sustainably fun wines. Made without added sulfites, filtration or fining, the grapes had 60 days of skin contact before pressing, keeping it interesting!
The nose is a little cidery with a sweet green pea lingering in the backgound. On the palate, it presents lean tangerine, a pithy texture and a refreshing finish.
