80% Pais and 20% Carignan
Produced by Via Maitia in the Maule Valley of Chile, it is widely celebrated for reviving the traditional Pipeo winemaking style, which dates back to the late 16th century. Light-bodied and dangerously drinkable, it features bright notes of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, and rose petals, balanced by herbal hints of thyme, fennel, and mint. A perfect chillable red!
