Located at the foot of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain near Aix-en-Provence, Chteau Gassier is a 40-hectare estate that has been managed by the Gassier family for five generations since its acquisition in 1982. The winery is situated in a unique microclimate within the Ctes de Provence Sainte-Victoire sub-appellation, a region famous for its limestone-clay soils and as a frequent subject for the painter Paul Czanne. Officially certified organic since 2016, the estate focuses on sustainable and regenerative agriculture to preserve the biodiversity of its 26 micro-parcels.
