A vibrant, organically-farmed field blend by Ashanta Wines. Whole-cluster fermentations in open-top fermenters with no additives, no fining, no filtration, and zero sulphur. After aging in neutral French oak (up to 26 months), the parcels were blended in late 2022 to craft a spicy yet balanced expression showcasing Californias natural wine ethos.
Dark red fruits with plum, leather, and black pepper.
Rich layers of blackberry and savory spice, subtly grippy with vibrant acidity.
