White Grenache, Xarello
For more than four generations, the most important thing for the Mitjans family has been the care of their vineyards with the aim of achieving the best quality for their wines and cavas.The Grenache comes from the high-altitude area of Peneds, at over 700 meters above sea level, while the Xarello is sourced from the Can Mayol estate, at 250 meters of altitude. During the winemaking process, the grapes macerate with the skins for six hours to preserve the primary fruit aromas and prevent oxidation of the must.
