100% Grenache
Le Paradou project is a collaboration between the Chaudire family (owners of the renowned Chteau Pesqui) and importer Eric Solomon. The name “Paradou” refers to the old watermills that once dotted the landscape of Provence.
Intense aromas of black and red berries (cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant) with spicy notes of black pepper and a hint of garrigue (dried Mediterranean herbs). The palate is medium-bodied with silky tannins and a refreshing acidity.
