Once sprawling across over 2,000 acres in Napa Valley during the 1980s, only a mere 16 acres of Chenin Blanc vines remain today. We have the honor of harvesting our grapes from this scarce remaining vineyard, home to 48-year-old vines nestled in the heart of St. Helena.
The aroma of this vintage gracefully unfolds with notes of zesty lemon peel, chamomile blossoms, crisp pear, and highlights of honeysuckle, weaving a narrative of the vineyard’s storied past. Its palate harmonizes lively acidity with the creamy richness of lemon curd, creating delightful mid-palate richness. This is balanced elegantly by a dry, mineral finish, making it the perfect refreshment to quench the warmth of summer.
