2021 Absence + Presence Cabernet Sauvignon

Absence + Presence is a California Cabernet Sauvignon that opens with a rush of ripe blackberry and settles into deep layers of oak, rosemary, and cocoa. This is a full-bodied, bone-dry red that’s as complex as it is satisfying. It’s bold enough to hold its own against a slow-cooked lamb stew or a rack of BBQ ribs, yet refined enough to make a Friday night pizza feel a little extra special.
