Purchased in 1966 by his parents, Beaune-trained Phillipe, has been farming without pesticides and making wine in this space since 1984.
Calling all Pinot Noir lovers, this is a blend of Gamay and Mondeuse, so light and crunchy with juicy red fruits and the right amount of moss and granite underneath.
